If you are deaf or hard-of-hearing, complete access to Microsoft product and customer service is available through a text telephone service. Text telephones provide TTY (teletype) and TDD (telecommunications devices for the deaf) access.

Pacific time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In Canada, you can call (905) 568-9641 between 8:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. Eastern time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
